Founder Bio – Shinade Nair
Shinade Nair is the stylist and storyteller behind Still & Woven.
With a background in interior design and a soul shaped by South African and global influences — from the bold palettes of Johannesburg to the textured charm of Zanzibar and Turkey — her work weaves art, feeling, and space into visual poetry.
Drawn to quiet beauty and organic forms, Shinade's approach is deeply intuitive and layered with meaning. She believes that styling is not about following trends, but about creating spaces that breathe with personality, purpose, and presence.
Based in Aotearoa, Shinade brings warmth, sensitivity, and creative depth to every project — whether she’s curating a brand’s pop-up space, styling a seasonal table, or photographing handmade ceramics in soft morning light.
